Kristen Cox was appointed executive director of GOMB by Utah Gov. Gary R. Herbert in 2012. GOMB’s mission is to create more value for every tax dollar invested. Under Kris’ leadership, Utah improved government performance by more than 27 percent in four years, exceeding the 25 percent goal set by Gov. Herbert.
